What is OpenSeed?

Who is it for?

OpenSeed is designed for early-stage founders, teams applying to Korean government startup programs, and teams preparing an IR or fundraising document. It helps them check whether claims have evidence, figures connect, evaluation criteria are addressed, and the next revision is clear.

What goes in, and what comes out?

• Input: pasted text, a guided form, DOCX, Markdown, or TXT
• Conditional input: a text-based PDF up to 20 MB when signed in and PDF upload is enabled
• Review: evidence, logic, market, product, team, finance, execution, policy, and risk
• Output: strengths, unsupported claims, risk signals, follow-up questions, and revision priorities

How is the review structured?

The current product roster contains 17 evaluation roles: 7 core roles and 10 professional roles. Professional roles apply according to relevance. The Chief report composer and the conditional global reviewer are separate and are not counted in the 17 roles.

What are the limits?

• OpenSeed does not write a business plan on the user's behalf.
• It does not guarantee acceptance, funding, investment, or loan approval.
• It does not replace legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
• The user remains responsible for the final submission and decision.

Price and data policy

The standard price is KRW 30,000 per analysis. Any beta or promotion and the amount actually charged are governed by the current notice on the analysis-start screen. Retention and deletion rules differ by submission date and sign-in status; see the Privacy Policy for the current terms.
