Data processing under Article 9 of the Terms of Service (Data Use and Service Improvement, effective July 10, 2026) is as follows. 1. To improve service quality and AI analysis and feedback accuracy, the Company may use certain data extracted from business plans you submit. 2. Use is limited to de-identified information such as market-size figures (TAM, SAM, SOM, etc.), cost-related figures, industry classification, and statistical metadata of analysis results. The Company does not publish or provide to third parties the business plan originals it retains (Article 3, Paragraph 2), and KB training under this Article uses only the anonymous, aggregated data described in Paragraph 3 below — never the original text. Limited quoted snippets used to verify extraction evidence (short excerpts at the level of figures or claims, excluding identifying information and core idea descriptions) may be stored so that you can check the evidence yourself and for internal verification (proviso to Article 3, Paragraph 2). Such a snippet is shown only to you as the basis of your analysis result; it is never provided to third parties or published. 3. Use takes place only in anonymous, aggregated statistical form (e.g., same-industry benchmark statistics); individual users' data is never exposed as-is. 4. Data use under this Article stays within the scope permitted by applicable law, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. You may change your KB-training consent setting (account page) under Article 6, or contact the Company at csc887028@gmail.com to request that use be stopped at any time.
This Privacy Policy takes effect on August 21, 2026. [Revision history] - March 19, 2026: first effective date - May 4, 2026: added KB-training consent provisions (Articles 2, 3, 6); added OpenAI / Toss Payments processors (Article 5) - July 11, 2026: added business plan data use provision (Article 9) — reflecting Article 9 of the Terms of Service (effective July 10, 2026) - July 15, 2026: named the AI analysis relay gateway (LETSUR) as a processor (Article 5) - August 10, 2026: clarified the purpose for retaining quoted snippets (Articles 3, 9) — snippets that were already being retained may now be shown to you as the basis of a finding on your own result screen. No change to what is retained, its scope, or its period; still no third-party provision - August 10, 2026: changed the retention period for business plan originals (Articles 1, 2, 3, 9) — from "deleted within 30 days of analysis" to "retained until you close your account", with the retention purposes (analysis quality control, re-analysis and history comparison) stated. Applies to submissions made on or after the effective date; earlier submissions are deleted under the previous policy. Still no third-party provision - August 20, 2026: following the end of the re-analysis feature, removed "re-analysis and history comparison" from the retention purpose for business plan originals and changed it to "history lookup" (Articles 3, 9). No change to the retention period, scope, or third-party provision policy; not a change unfavorable to users - August 21, 2026: named Google LLC (Gemini) and xAI Corp. (Grok) as processors for the cross-AI panel, reached via the LETSUR gateway (Article 5). This reflects in the notice processing that was already being outsourced; no change to what is collected, retained, or used, or to the third-party provision policy. Also aligned service wording ("AI review accuracy" → "AI analysis and feedback accuracy") with the current product (Articles 2, 9)
