#Supported Program Templates
The pipeline prioritizes major startup support programs run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED). Because each program provides its own HWP or PDF attachment form, the pipeline maintains a separate registered form structure for each.
| Program | Operator | Target Startup Stage | Form Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-Startup Package | KISED | Pre-incorporation founders | HWP / PDF (attachment) |
| Early-Stage Startup Package | KISED | Within 3 years of founding | HWP / PDF (attachment) |
| Startup Leap Package | KISED | 3–7 years after founding | HWP / PDF (attachment) |
| K-Startup Grand Challenge | Ministry of SMEs and Startups | Varies by league | HWP / PDF (separate per league) |
| TIPS | Ministry of SMEs and Startups | Primarily early-stage startups | Separate announcement and form system |
The list of supported programs and registered template versions may change with each pipeline update. Before submitting, download the latest form file for the current announcement round directly from k-startup.go.kr or BizInfo (bizinfo.go.kr) and compare versions.
#Analysis Report → Form Field Mapping
The OpenSeed analysis report stores structured data across items including problem definition, solution, market size, customer validation evidence, team capabilities, commercialization plan, and financial projections. The auto-fill pipeline maps this item data to the field structure of each program's form to generate draft text.
The core challenge is that the same business content is requested in different question formats across programs. The Pre-Startup Package form asks for 'problems and necessity of the startup item,' while the Early-Stage Startup Package form asks for 'differentiation from existing products and services.' The pipeline selects the appropriate narrative style for each question format from the same underlying report data.
Report quality determines draft quality. The more specific the market size evidence, revenue projections, and team capability data in the report, the higher the completeness of the mapping output. If report items are abstract or narrative-only without numbers, the draft reflects those same limitations.
#Items You Must Verify Manually in the Auto-Fill Draft
The pipeline does not automatically assess program eligibility or look up a founder's prior benefit history. The items below must be checked against the original program announcement before submission.
- Eligibility check: Confirm that your startup stage (pre-incorporation for Pre-Startup Package, within 3 years for Early-Stage Package, 3–7 years for Startup Leap Package) matches the criteria in the current announcement round.
- Concurrent participation restrictions: Check the original announcement for restrictions on receiving concurrent benefits within the same fiscal year. The pipeline does not access benefit history.
- Numerical accuracy: Verify that revenue projections, budget execution plans, and personnel cost ratios in the draft match the original report. Cross-item numerical discrepancies are penalized by reviewers.
- Latest form version: Compare the form template registered in the pipeline with the attachment in the current announcement to confirm they are the same version. A draft based on an outdated form is invalid if the form was replaced after a revised announcement.
- Required attachments: ID copies, business registration certificates, patent or certification documents, and other separately required attachments are not included in the draft. Check against the attachments list in the original announcement.
- Signature and seal fields: Fields in HWP forms that require a signature or official seal are not filled by the pipeline. Handle these manually before submission.
#The Most Effective Way to Use the Pipeline
The auto-fill pipeline is a tool that reduces input time — not one that guarantees review outcomes. The validity of the draft depends on both the completeness of the report and the manual review process.
- Complete your analysis report in OpenSeed. The more specific the numbers, market evidence, and customer validation data, the higher the draft quality.
- Address the weaknesses and revision priorities flagged in the report, then run auto-fill after strengthening the report.
- Open the generated draft alongside the original program announcement form and verify each of the manual check items listed above one by one.
- Prepare your required attachments, handle any signature and seal fields, then submit through k-startup.go.kr.
